I’ve come out of the closet to admit that I am a Shark Tank addict. Nothing gets in the way of me watching the show. Having made my career in sales for many years, I love watching people with a business idea pitch the sharks to try to get them to invest. I have no clue how many sales presentations I’ve done over the decades of my career, but Shark Tank enables me to identify with business idea presenters who have very little time to get their idea across and close. For baby boomers looking to leave their cubicle once and for all and fulfill their lifelong dream, John Boitnott’s article, “10 Things ‘Shark Tank’ Investors Look For,” is a great summary for anyone would-be entrepreneur looking for outside capital.
